Andalucia Musical Instrument Marching Baritone and Arturo Sandoval.
Просмотров 43210 месяцев назад
Arturo played our marching baritone three weeks ago, he came over to our shop and played the marching baritone again. He ordered one, and we were all amused. It is good to be part of the ASI and have Arturo help us with his critiques.

Was that James teaching the horn line …luckily
No. James did not start until 2007
@@MusicAnimeNSX ok, just asking
Those are kinda heavy, I’ve held one before
Is this the trumpet you have listed for sale on eBay?
Yes
What's Bigger Than A Bach 1C?
Yay, Linzi! Bravo!
The last time I heard this song was when I was little and didn't know the title and forgot about it. and one day I heard this song and it made me speechless
Аж до слез❤❤❤😢
💔 а заплакать в конце анимэ это святое 😭
@@anastasias.7186 истина 😁

5:45 Eargasm in its purest form
An OUTSTANDING version of all my fav music from Castle in the Sky
never seen someone do banda-style playing on a contra/marching tuba. absolutely amazing!!
0:00 the intro, and at 0:13 it makes me feel sad, remember at the first episode of Your Lie in April 🥹
I heard this was the song she auditioned for Carrie with
Pandora Box test menu anyone?
Now have to Wash this horn
why Carrie doesn't just use her mind powers to explode King Louis-Philippe's army?
Joe Hisaishi è senza ombra di dubbio il compositore del secolo. La sua musica è poesia allo stato puro... ♥
My heart will go on for real ❤
It sounds a bit like a Puje which is also a Trumpet/Cornet Hybrid.
very well worth $100 dollars.
She sings good! What year did she play Eponine?
Easily one of DCI's best horn books. 😎
What’s your thoughts on the smoke?
Definitely not your standard opus x. Look me up on instagram under vance_bulldog_cigars
Whoa! I was surprised by how mellow the low register is. Why is it called a bugle?
Because it is fitted with a bugle bell.
@@MusicAnimeNSX So that’s enough to call it a bugle? Hm. I don’t wanna sound crazy but that’s what I’m gonna sound like when I ask this: what would you call a regular sized trumpet with a piccolo bell on it? I mean, besides weird. 😇
@@ChaplainAcosta Obviously a piccolo trumpet bell will not work with a regular size trumpet. Bugle is about the sound it produces. The bell has a much wider flare which helps the sound to travel further. There is a good reason why they make valveless bugles in various keys.
I come to this version and it completely blows me away every single time. That final chorus is perfection, that voice is so strong yet vulnerable, controlled yet still chock with character and imperfection. The “I love him” channels such a classical tone, it sounds like she’s singing from her head and her gut, she’s wanting it to sound timeless and operatic yet still a tiny little rasp and humanity to it. Then the “pretending” is simply sensational… she is slowly building to it and making us wait so that when she hits it she goes and uses all her power to blow us away. It’s perfect in the storytelling sense too as it shows the gradual realisation in her character, it’s all building to this grand conclusion in her mind as she finally comes to see that everything in her life that makes her happy is simply a dream, there’s this gut-wrenching tragedy in that moment but also the way she is owning it and shouting that realisation to the heavens it’s as if she is making every bit of that pain her power, she turns it into her super strength. It’s how she’s survived. There is pain in it, but she’s also in a way congratulating herself on what she’s survived. Yes it’s tragic, but she’s owning that power. That power to have love and hope in the darkest times… no matter how tragic that is… it’s like she see the light in that… in this moment… that’s her greatness, her power and her purpose finally realised. Great version!
She sings this like Kate Bush, in the best possible way.
Absolutely cutting edge at the time (as with Star of Indiana as well). The brass line was just off the charts. The arrangements were Wayne Downey at his best. Masterful! Mayne not their best percussion but I love the percussion writing and think the players did an amazing job. Loved the pit. It was a super strong year with Star, Cavaliers, and Phantom also being so good and clean, but short of Star there were no other corps that could have performed this music book. Of course Star had a different style and even with them I am not sure they would have had the soloists to handle what BD did. I so badly would love to hear a music book like this again. The activity has changed and not all for the bad. There are many things I enjoy, but we don't often hear a book like this.
Do la casita by Banda MS
They both sound great! The 1st Conn horn sounds brighter, and the Andalusia sounds deeper, fuller. Would really blast as a bass horn. Loved them.
Awesome!
Nice!
I was in high school and we watched this rehearsal before we got ready for our performance. I never forgot it!
I read so wrong, I thought it said La Puta. Thats a bad word in Spanish
Maybe it's the room acoustic but I didn't like how both trumpets sounded.
EL GRANDE ARTURITO : One of the best in the world, this is a living legend ladies and gentlemen.
